Still taking a keen interest in the unfortunate Owen Hargreaves, it looks as if West Bromwich Albion have once again become the prime movers in possibly securing his services.
Although Vancouver Whitecaps had expressed a desire to talk to Owen, reports are filtering through that Owen is having talks with West Brom about a pay-as-you-play deal.
Both parties are reportedly in the US with West Brom touring there and Owen training Stateside. As you`d anticipate, considering his injury problems, it is mentioned that the midfielder will have to undergo a stringent medical before any contract is signed. Let`s hope that all works out well for the lad.
