Arsenal?

Linked as part of trio of players supposedly heading to Wearside, could John O`Shea be set for somewhere else?

One news source, this morning, is of the opinion that the Republic of Ireland international could be a surprise target for Arsenal!

Now that would be a turn up for the books!

Thought Arsenal needed DECENT defenders...
fifthcolumnblue
O'Shea is an amazing squad player so I'm still not expecting him to leave. A decent player anywhere across the back with a great attitude. Arsenal won't be getting him anytime soon.
TheFamousNo7
That's why they got rid of Toure fcb ;)
TheFamousNo7
nice no7 lol
Kanchelskis
i dnt really know hw through dis story is but oshea is one player i wud love to see in manu forever......u cant get any utility player like him.......
henry_shyboy
I agree with you henry, his versatility is unmatched, his attitude and professionalism first class and you know full well as soon as he leaves we will be hit by an injury epidemic and we'll all be saying ***** O'Shea could of slotted in there.
Kanchelskis
A team of O'Sheas would win you how many trophies?? He's carried by the rest of the team.
Villan444
Winning teams have the fine balance between skillful prima donna's and hardworking grafters right so players like O'Shea are invaluable to any prem winning squad, add to that his versatility and honesty of effort and your point is complete void. Besides the last time Villa were any use was when they basically had a team of O'Shea's and challenged us for the title with honest hard working grafters like Houghton, Richardson, Parker and Teale. I wouldnt be surprised to see McLeish put a bid in for O'Shea considering the state of the Villa defence. Plus O'Shea has made a major contribution to our teams success ie his winner at the scouser's. Whats funny is that O'Shea is respected by the majority of Utd fans who, even here on vital, do not want him to leave and its an opposition fan who talks crap about him.
Kanchelskis
A team without the likes of O'Shea wins ***** all also ie Arsenal.
Kanchelskis
Very well argued Kanchelskis and a very naive comment by villan444.
TheFamousNo7
O'Shea hardly ever gets terrorized by strikers and midfielders. He's a consistent valuable player and I think we may need him next year.
rooneyisgod
Definately he needs d help of his team mates but u cant hide d fact that he has been one of united most usefull player based on versitality for a decade i cant remember a role oshea hasnt played 4 united...an oshea in ur team is definately a plus...........
