Not Much of a Return (Yet)

Not Much of a Return (Yet)

Earlier this week, we reported on how United were looking to set up a loan deal with the Turkish side, Besiktas, with a view to a permanent deal being struck.

It looks as if this deal has now gone through with one red-top publication pointing out that United will receive a fee of £875,000 for the loan, not much of a recoup on the outlay of £7.4 million paid last summer. All we can do is hope he impresses and Besiktas reimburse us a few quid more this time next year.

850,000 for game time and 1st team experience isn't too bad at all. Didn't think Fergie was going to give up on him quite yet and i'm looking forward to seeing how he fares in the Turkish League.

Same rooneyisgod. However it would be pretty hard to find any potential suitors due to us not showcasing his ability.
