A Real Diamond!

A Real Diamond!

A day after we reported that Javier Hernandez was to receive a salary hike after a remarkable first season, quotes appear in the red-top publications that confirm that our Mexican striker has no intention of leaving Old Trafford.

With it being muted that Real Madrid, under the tenure of Jose Mourinho, were preparing a name your price offer, Javier has stepped forward to confirm his loyalty to both Manchester United and Sir Alex Ferguson, remarking,

"I`m very motivated after a great season with United."

"From now on I`ll owe a great debt to Sir Alex for bringing me to Europe. My dream has not changed."

"I want to win many titles to give back to the team that opened the doors for me."

The more I hear and see in relation to this lad the more I reckon Sir Alex and his scouting team have snapped up a real diamond.

I can't help but feel his loyalty is genuine, maybe i'm just being stupid.

"Someone who'd you be proud to call a son!..." the grammatical inaccuracy of that comment aside, that is really bringing sycophancy to a whole new level. Someone pass me a sick bucket!

Well if Owen is getting a new contract, which I suspect is not the minimum wage, then Hernandez' pay should be upped.
