Scholes - Patience is the key!

Scholes - Patience is the key!

Paul Scholes has told us fans to be 'patient' as we wait for the summer transfers to take place.

He says 'We are stronger financially and do have funds to strengthen the squad. But it is still critical that we spend the money well. Sometimes this requires patience to get the best deals rather than rushing to do the first deal available, which is not necessarily in the long-term interests of the club.'

Adding

'That said, we have been chasing a number of players and have tried to do some deals.'

Midfield and attack are the weak areas, chasing players and trying to do deals, is very different to signing top notch players, I hope the chasing and trying continues.
