Tug of War for Ruud van Nistelrooy

Tug of War for Ruud van Nistelrooy

Ruud van Nistelrooy's on/off move to Real Madrid is still rumbling on.

Ruud, who will have to return to pre-season training with Utd if the move isn't completed this weekend, has been told by Sir Alex Ferguson that his future doesn't lie at Old Trafford but the two clubs are still haggling over the price.

A report in the Mirror claims Utd want £15million up front but Madrid want to pay in instalments don't want to up their £12million bid.

Madrid's coach Fabio Capello said 'We're trying to get him signed. Every club wants to bring in important players, but it's the players themselves who have the final word.'

However Real Madrid face tough competition from Bayern Munich according to the German club's chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge who claims 'There is a great relationship between the two clubs, and I know Van Nistelrooy wants to come to Bayern.' There has even been talk of Owen Hargreaves forming part of a player plus cash deal.

Let him go, Chelsea will win the EPL and Barca will win the CL. Save your money to pay for Shrekhead's fines for kicking people when they are down.
