Ronaldo Coming Back?

Cristiano Ronaldo coming back to Old Trafford?

Nothing more than a pipe-dream we`d imagine, the sheer cost of acquiring the talented Portuguese player who gave us all so much enjoyment during the time he was here would prohibit that implication.

But, it`s nice to know that Sir Alex, in theory, would take the player back in a flash with him confiding with Marcello Lippi and the wily Italian subsequently remarking to the media,

"Sir Alex told me he would take Ronaldo back tomorrow"

"We both think he is an extraordinary striker who can start on either wing, or as the sole striker and perform brilliantly."

"But the truly remarkable thing about Cristiano is that he always scores."

One of a kind and one we`ve never quite replaced I`d suggest!

You can't replace him. That's why we've adjusted accordingly and I would expect us to adjust again when Scholes and Giggs retire unless we were looking to buy Bale at 40 mil and Sneijder at 35 mil.

how much for that one trick pony Bale?
merlin
Not what I value him at but what the spuds believe he's valued at. Heck some even say 60 mil pmsl! Do wonder what planet they came from sometimes.
