'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Someone Might Be Coming Home?

A familiar face is a free agent this summer and he could be heading back to the Premier League!

Ruud van Nistelrooy, who had such a great United career before moving on, becomes a free agent this summer and will be looking for a new club.

The Dutch striker may be advancing in years, he`s 34 now, but we`d bet there`ll be no shortage of offers for the striker to consider.

Already Spurs has been mentioned as a possible destination although all Ruud has said about a probable move is,

"Spain would be great but in the Premier League I have many good contacts. I will be a free agent this summer with concrete offers."

Ruud in another clubs colours at Old Trafford in the Premier League, now that would feel strange.

He was brilliant for us and whoever gets him will be guarenteed goals when he's presented with the chance. The issue is, will he be capable of handling the physicality of the league at his age and recent experience in much less aggressive and slow leagues?

Cue the tabloids linking him to small to mid-size prem clubs with a few quid the likes of Blackburn, Newcastle, Sunderland, QPR, City.
