Mind Games Do Work!
It`s something that Sir Alex Ferguson has become famous for, the unerring ability to get under another managers` skin.
Paul Scholes still, apparently, unable to decide whether to give it another year in a United shirt, has witnessed these mind-games for some twenty year snow and had this to say to the official United magazine,
"He has had some famous run-ins with other managers down the years."
"Whether there`s anybody to do it with this year, I am not too sure."
"But he is great as a calming influence on us. Coming towards the end of the season, there is no better manager to have."
"He`s been competing for the title for nearly twenty years now, so he knows what he wants to do and he will get that across to us."
I guess if we had to recall one incident that typified how Sir Alex can get under someone`s skin it just has t be the Kevin Keegan rant all those years ago - magic!

The Keegan rant was brilliant. Very few managers possess the ability to play mind games effectively, and fewer still who can cope with them. Neutral and rival fans hate it but if it works, it works, you can't expect someone to not adopt a technique that works so effectively. Mourinho v Benitez was priceless as was Guardiola's reaction to Mourinho's mind games.

It was absolutely hillarious when Morinho and Rafa was in England, Rafa was just plain deluded, I must admit some of Wenger's comments are just mad.. Cant blain the Arse fans for turning on him..
