Fletcher Returns

Fletcher Returns

A surprise figure in the United squad tonight will be that of Darren Fletcher.

Fletcher, who has missed several games with a stomach virus that saw him lose several pounds in weight, is expected to feature tonight, against Schalke, with Sir Alex Ferguson remarking,

"Darren will play part of the game. He`s shown great improvement from his reserve team game last week and done a lot of good work."

"Now it`s just the issue of game time and maybe more strengthening."

Great to see you back Darren!

Just in time, a rehabilitation game at Schalke for a while (even as a sub appearance) then hopefully a good game against Chelsea. His return may be the difference between winning the league and losing, his industry in midfield will help wonders in the coming games.

Welcome back Fletchy,he is surely one of the first names in our team sheet and his comeback gives us more options as well.
