United - Transfer Speculation

United - Transfer Speculation

The gossip columns are linking us with the Spanish mainland.

Today, United, if you believe the gossip, are linked with two targets with Martin Ferguson, apparently, taking a keen interest.

The players in question are Pablo Daniel Osvaldo, a striker on the books of Espanyol and Javi Martinez, a midfielder on the books of Athletico Bilbao.

The gossip goes on to suggest that there several suitors in line for the former, naming Spurs, Everton and Fulham.

Here at Vital Manchester United we`ll sit back and watch to see how it, if at all, pans out.

There's some logic in Martinez, he's a very tall, strong, solid defensive mid (I may be mistaking him for someone else) similar to Xabi Alonso, I wouldn't mind seeing him play that much needed DM role myself. Also, if the rumours are true and we're looking to sign De Gea, Fergie may be interested in signing someone else whilst out there. Not buying into Osvaldo, we've got so many strikers already so why bother adding to it?

No strikers,no wingers needed, only a GK,DM and a CAM is needed.Get players in these 3 positions and we are sorted for the new season.
