Fletcher Takes First Steps Back

Fletcher Takes First Steps Back

Darren Fletcher has been missed in the heart of our midfield.

His natural aggression and will to win will be a welcome addition when he finally makes it back from the injury lay-off that has seen him absent for quite a while.

Thankfully that doesn`t seem too far off with Darren finally getting some action, albeit forty-five minutes, in a reserve fixture against Arsenal.

After the game, Darren gave the media the following quotes,

"It`s great to be back playing football again. I don`t want to rush it but I hope to give the manager another option towards the end of the season."

Back in time for Wembley, what a comeback that would be!

Back in time for Schalke hopefully rather than Arsenal. We can beat Arsenal with a reserve side :P
