'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Get a Grip Lads!

Yesterday may have seen our dreams of a treble dashed by our closest neighbours but it also disappointed me in so many ways.

One though still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

Okay, losing to Manchester City was bad enough but to witness Anderson and Ferdinand getting involved in that shenanigan with Balotelli and Platt was totally uncalled for.

It appears that Anderson objected to Balotelli flaunting his City shirt in front of the United faithful who hadn`t exited Wembley immediately after the final whistle, whilst Ferdinand objected to a wink aimed in his direction by the fiery Italian.

Well big flaming deal!

Was it not that long ago that Gary Neville ran the length of the Old Trafford pitch to flaunt the United badge in front of the travelling Liverpool supporters?

Coe on lads, take your frustrations out on something far more palatable, you let us down with your actions yesterday especially with the club in the spotlight over the Rooney affair.

Well said Redboy, it was bad enough losing but seeing our players being unsportsman and incapable of remaining diginified in defeat was truly guttening and shameful.

fair play Redboy, not many red fans would say it, so well done...
cityman51
did Neville not get an FA charge for his actions though?

I don't really condone what Balotelli did, but the reactions of your players was indeed OTT. What you need to realise is that this is the sort of thing that rival fans have been seing for the entirety of Ferguson's reign at your club, and is one of the reasons we dislike you so much! This sort of behaviour, what some of you call the "winning mentality" at your club is incredibly repulsive to all but your own fans, and is seldom far beneath the surface. respect for acknowledging that it was out of order though. Now top being so fecking reasonable! ;)

Handbags at six paces, nothing, just a heat of the moment reaction by Ferdinand, which is ubderstandable, but the press are trying to make more of this than there actually was. I think Liverpool confirmed your Premiership win yesterday and I genuinely hope that you get to the final of the CL and win it, for the honour of English football. I just wish for a top 4 finish and a win over Stoke would be very nice and of course for you to take down the banner at last.lol

Honestly, you guys can have the banner I really don't care for it, I just want that Premier League title.
