United - Vidic is Back

Sir Alex Ferguson has already stated that he has a dislike for friendly internationals but tonight he`ll be casting a wary eye on a European Championship qualifier.

It pits Serbia against Estonia and the fixture will witness the return to action of Nemanja Vidic.

Our club captain has missed two United fixtures, the games against Marseille and Bolton, with a calf injury.

With Rio Ferdinand still out injured and Jonny Evans suspended, Sir Alex is desperate for Nemanja to come through this fixture without any further injury complications.

Keep those fingers crossed!

It's great to have him back and I think the Internationals may of been beneficial to us on this occassion. I Westham at the weekend without Vidic would've been much more of a mountain.
