United - One Lone Lion

With Rio Ferdinand laid up with an injury (what do you mean again?) Manchester United have just one lone lion in Fabio Capello`s squad.

Wayne Rooney is our sole representative as England head towards Cardiff to face the Welsh.

We suspect, no expect, Wayne to start and lead the England line as Capello seeks to gather three more points on the European Championship qualifying trial.

Hopefully, Wayne will get on the score-sheet and make a few Englishman happy on Saturday evening, myself included.

Prefer it if there were no United players playing for the England team and, more importantly, the joke of a manager. Hard to believe Capello "taught Rooney how to score", still gets to me that does, he let Rooney become the scapegoat for a dismal World Cup, which in my opinion was solely done to his stubborness to change the system, douche. As long as he was out of the firing line he was happy, pathetic cowardly man.
