United - Ferguson Ban Update!

Time to clear up a little bit of confusion!

Yesterday, we went on record as saying that the five game ban imposed on Sir Alex Ferguson by the Football Association would include the Arsenal fixture a the Emirates Stadium.

This is now, apparently, not so.

With Sir Alex deciding that he wouldn`t appeal against the fine and the ban, it will start with immediate effect meaning the gaffer will be in the stands this Saturday, when Bolton come to Old Trafford, but will be able to prowl the touchline, adjacent to his old adversary Arsene Wenger, in the clash with Arsenal.

Shocking how he can simply dictate when his ban starts!

In terms of motivation it makes a massive difference. With Fergie screaming at them it's pretty hard for lapses in concentration to occur and for players to rest on their laurels. Good to hear he will be back for Arsenal.

Shocking how he's the only one getting banned....

Yeah I know, Harry Redknapp criticises the referee and threatens the FA and gets off with not even a slap on the wrist.
