United - Wembley Semi-Final Date?
If I`m reading the situation right the date for our FA Cup semi-final, against arch-rivals Manchester City, is still in doubt.
Manchester City, involved in a competition we`ve never had the bad-fortune to play in, could still complicate matters and force the tie to be played on Sunday 19th April.
To do so they`d need to overcome Dynamo Kiev in the second leg of their Europa League tie and overturn a 2-0 deficit.
If they do so then the semi-final will take place on the aforementioned Sunday but will give the Metropolitan Police major headaches as it will clash with two other sporting events, namely, the Arsenal v Liverpool Premier League clash and the hugely popular London Marathon.
Might be better for all concerned if City bailed out of the Europa League!
