MOTM v Arsenal Result

With games coming thick and fast and with a tasty fixture against Marseille this Tuesday evening, we`ve closed our poll and we know exactly who you chose as your winner.

Standing head and shoulders above all others was Edwin van der Sar.

Edwin polled 58% of the vote for producing a master-class of a display that, once again, ignited those calls for him to delay his retirement.

I think you`ll agree, Edwin is a worthy winner of our accolade.

Most definately. Though he only had to make one 1-on-1 save the whole night and Arsenal never really went clear through on goal he was magnificent when saving Arsenal's numerous long shots.
