United - Nani Shock

United, feeling hard done by after Jamie Carragher`s reckless tackle left Nani on a stretcher, might be even more miffed now!

Our medical staff are still unable to stitch the wound properly, a wound that went so deep you could see the shin-bone, due to the surrounding tissue still being badly swollen.

This added complication is causing it to be suggested that Nani could now be sidelined for as much as a month, thereby impacting on our progress in the three competitions we`re still in the hunt for.

We`ll provide further news when available.

Sorry, only reason I ask is that I've in the past managed to lacerate myself to the bone, and the nurses in casualty couldn't stitch the wound as it was in a similar area to Nani's injury. In the end I had to see a plastic surgeon who managed to close the wound.

Not untrue, just left in disbelief to be honest and at the same time i'm fed up with the numerous injuries.
