United - Ferguson Charged!

United - Ferguson Charged!

As we suspected would be the case, Sir Alex Ferguson has been charged over the remarks he made post the Chelsea defeat.

Sir Alex has been charged by the Football Association with improper conduct and now has to decide whether to contest the charge or to simply sit back and take his punishment.

But, there could be further fallout with it being reported by one member of the tabloid fraternity that Sir Alex is a little miffed that the in-house club television station, MUTV, co-operated with the FA and supplied details relating to the verbal assault on Martin Atkinson.

We`ll report any further developments!

Maybe he should've done a Harry Redknapp and threaten the FA as well as criticise the ref, he may then of got away with it. I'm of the opinion that managers should be allowed to freely express their opinions on decisions within the game and how the ref performed. Nothing wrong with constructive criticism. Obviously draw the line at accusations of bias as it gets overly serious with those allegations.

Now what a surprise that he’s contesting the charge, I hope he loses and it gets extra punishment!
