'If It's Football, It's Vital'

United - Horses for Courses?

Having scored two goals in the away victory at Wigan, it still doesn`t look as if Javier Hernandez will keep his starting place at Stamford Bridge tonight.

Instead, with Rooney having escaped charges and a subsequent ban, it looks as if Sir Alex Ferguson will be pairing Rooney with Dimitar Berbatov or even play Rooney as a lone striker.

But, our young Mexican striker isn`t fazed at losing his place and despite being so young appears to have a positive attitude when he comments about the possibility of being stuck on the bench at kick-off tonight,

"I have no problems being on the bench. I understand that football is a team sport, not like golf or tennis."

"So you have to help your team when you play from the beginning but also when you come on from the bench."

"We are like pieces of a jigsaw and the boss decides how to use us."

"If Ferguson picks me for the starting line-up, that would be great but if not, that`s fine too."

Anyone got any cash on Hernandez coming off the bench to score the winner tonight?

Bogie side being an understatement. If we're going to use an impact sub then it should be Hernandez on the bench not Berby. As seen against Chelsea when the chips are down we need someone to really have their defense thinking rather than Berby.
