United - Anderson Blow

United - Anderson Blow

Scraping past Crawley Town in the FA Cup, on Saturday evening, several of those that played didn`t exactly receive rave reviews.

In fact speculation published in the red-top press infers that some of those under-achievers may well be on their way out of Old Trafford come the end of the season.

One player who didn`t exactly cover himself in glory was Anderson but it now transpires that there may have been a reason for his below par performance.

It`s now being reported that Anderson picked up a knee injury that could well see him sidelined for up to two months adding to our current midfield woes that have seen Valencia, Hargreaves and Park currently sidelined.

Does this mean we will see more of Gibson and Carrick? :( It's a shame really Anderson could've really used these games to further develop himself because it's clear he is capable of much more than shown. Looking a bit thin on the ground with capable CM's.

Anderson Blows? Yeah I know, but thanks to admitting it.

Aw, here I was suggesting one of your players sucked big time and nobody came to his defence. Guess it must be true then!
