United - Excellent French Keeper Linked!

United still seem, according to the tabloid press, to be embroiled in a search for another keeper.

Having already signed the Dane, Anders Lindegaard, the tabloid press is reporting that we`re actively seeking a replacement for the retiring Edwin van der Sar.

Today (Wednesday), the red-top press is linking us with a 16 million move for the excellent French keeper Hugo Lloris.

Lloris, at twenty-four years of age, has attracted rave reviews playing for Lyon and has given the media hacks something to get their teeth into by commenting about a possible move away from Lyon,

"Manchester United is a great football institution. It`s one of the clubs with the most titles in the world. So, of course, they`re one of the teams I dream about playing for."

And we believe that Lloris would, even at 16 million, would prove to be a splendid buy!

Quality keeper, he has to be in the top 5 keepers in the world. He would be a fantastic signing.

Would be a great buy but Lyon will demand rediculous amounts for him it's good to hear all these amazing keepers speak up about their desire to play for United. Though it's not the right way to go about it but when a player wants to leave it really does knock down their value.
