United - Park Ji-Sung Injury Blow!

United - Park Ji-Sung Injury Blow!

Having only just returned from international duty with South Korea, in the Asia Cup, Park Ji-Sung has picked up an injury.

The South Korean, who recently announced his retirement from international football, has a hamstring injury that will keep him out of action for four weeks.

Speaking about the situation, Sir Alex Ferguson told the official site,

"We got a blow on Saturday with the news that Ji-Sung Park did his hamstring on Friday afternoon in training."

"He`ll be out for a month which is a blow to us."

"It was very unfortunate because it was his last kick of the ball in training as well."

"We were really looking forward to having him back after being away for a month at the Asian Cup."

Bad news for us, the lad and the team!
