United - Fletcher on That Loss!

Could there be a bigger game to enter knowing we need to bounce back strongly after our defeat to Wolves, on Saturday.

Manchester City visit Old Trafford this Saturday lunchtime in a local derby that promises to be as spicy as can be.

United know that a victory would virtually end City`s hopes of closing in on a Premier League title whilst also cementing their own claims on the trophy.

Ahead of the clash, in what we`re sure will be one of many as the build-up to the game intensifies, Darren Fletcher has had his say about that unbeaten record going whilst also covering getting back on track, explaining,

"We lost at Wolves but we will bounce back and show character - and they don`t come much bigger than the Manchester derby.

"It`s a massive game and all the lads will be up for it."

"The main thing is to win the league and losing at Wolves dented that."

"We could have remained unbeaten all season and not won the league. What point would that have made?"

Exactly, I`d rather lose three or four than go unbeaten but not win the title, as long as one of those three or four isn`t against Manchester City this weekend.

I'd take a loss to City if it meant winning the league in a heartbeat. We lose the battle but win the war.
