United - Obertan Shock!

The transfer window may have slammed shut last night with certain club spending bags of cash, but transfer speculation is still rife at Old Trafford.

Today one news agency carries the inference that our French forward, Gabriel Obertan, is set to hand in a transfer request.

It`s reported that Obertan has set his heart on a return to France this summer with the player only being halfway through his contract.

Will he get his wish?

Wasn't his agent quick to brush all this up and insist he is happy and unerstands he has a bit of developing to do before he is ready for consistent first team football? He shows plenty of ability and would be a great loss, however, he doesn't look like moving.
