United - Bloomfield Road Beckons

United - Bloomfield Road Beckons

Blackpool have surprised everyone this season.

Having achieved promotion through the play-offs they were favourites to go straight back down, but with Ian Holloway pulling the strings they`ve stuck to their guns and continued to play the attractive attacking football that saw them hit the promotion trail.

Tonight will be a tricky experience for United, we`re visiting a ground that we`ve not visited for many a year and a ground that has been transformed since our last visit. It`s something Ryan Giggs has touched on in the build up to the game, commenting,

"It`ll be a tight, compact ground and it`ll be loud. Man United are coming to town, so everyone will be up for it."

"They`ve been a breath of fresh air because they just go out and attack teams."

"They have the mindset that they`re going to score goals."

"You can see the enthusiasm Ian Holloway has and that transfers to the players. That`s a great attitude to have."

"There have been so many exciting games involving Blackpool this season, so it should be a great game and hopefully we go there and get three points."

Could it be one of the crackers of the season so far, I certainly think so!
