United - Are The Russians Coming?

With Anders Lindegaard safely in harness, rumours still persist that Sir Alex Ferguson is keen to add to his goalkeeper quota.

Today, according to one source, the attention has again switched to the CSKA Moscow keeper, Igor Akinfeev.

Naturally no price is quoted but here at Vital Manchester United we`d offer no objections to the Russian coming in as a replacement for Edwin Van der Sar, that is if the Dutchman does intend retiring at the end of this season!
