United - Nani Showcasing His Talents!

United - Nani Showcasing His Talents!

If we were to hold a straw poll as to who might possibly be our player of the season so far, then Nani would, quite possibly, be high up on the list.

Nani has had more than a fair start to the season and as we look forward to the festive period, Nani has given the red-top media a few thought to mull over.

Firstly, he`s already decided where the destiny of the Premier League title lies, decreeing,

"I no longer see anybody winning the Premier League this season outside of Manchester United or Chelsea. Hopefully, it will be United."

Secondly, he`s given his candid views on being allowed to showcase his talents without living in the shadow of a certain Cristiano Ronaldo, remarking,

"It is easier for me to stand out now that Cristiano Ronaldo has left the club."

"He is a fantastic player who got all the attention and deservedly so."

"I loved playing alongside him and we got on well together."

"But it is also true that when he left United, it freed up space for other players to shine."

"When he left, I saw an opportunity to demonstrate my qualities and to show the people at United what I can do. That is exactly what I have done."

Out-spoken, modest or simply telling it as it is, you decide!

Nani is tearing the PL, he is easily the best winger in PL, look at his assists and goals. Yes maybe he is a bit cocky, so what, he has got every right to be, he is a fabulous footballer, Ronaldo is cocky, but we would still love to see him in the famous red shirt again.. Nani continue, you are loved by the fans.

Got a feeling we've got much more to come from Nani, he could easily of had more goals with a bit more luck.

I used to slate Nani as a useless show pony, but this season he really has upped his game, his work rate has vastly improved and as TheFamousNo7 says it looks as though theres more to come from Nani, he seems to be finding more opportunities for shots on goal and his crosses are now at the consistent level of a top class winger.
