United - Deal Or No Deal?

That appears to be the overwhelming question!

Having run articles that implied United were on the verge of receiving a buy-out package from Qatar Holdings and then any suggestion of such a deal being totally denied by a representative of the Glazer family, the saga has now taken another twist.

Appearing in the papers today are quotes from a Manchester United non-executive director, Mike Edelson, which read,

"It`s no secret that, at some time, the family will sell."

A view that, following recent events whereby the Glazer family borrowed to pay-off a large chunk of the debt, is shared by folks from the City with a spokesperson proclaiming,

"The belief is that they have already brought in extra finance from a third party in the bid to set the club up for a sale."

And as for the buyers, a Middle East expert has furnished the following quotes,

"They have made tentative moves before with little success but this time it looks like they could be going for it."

"Now they have landed the 2022 World Cup, the country wants to expand its influence in the game across the globe."

Here at Vital Manchester United we feel that this story could be one that runs and runs!
