But that could well be the case if one gossip columnist has got his information exactly right.
Because this particular hack has it in his head that the Real Madrid midfield player, Lassana Diarra is interested in a return to the Premier League and that Manchester United are one club interested.
If that is the case then Diarra`s CV would then boast spells at Chelsea, Arsenal and United.

Would be great in that DM role he would allow Fletcher to be the box-to-box midfielder with a less of a defensive role thus allowing him to explore his playmaking abilities whilst offering Anderson the more AM role. The one thing alot of papers forget is his Sickle Cell Anemia which is a massive stumbling block in any potential purchase.
