'If It's Football, It's Vital'

United - Is Tonight the Night?

Having not scored in open play since March, the pressure on Wayne Rooney to end that drought increases every fixture.

Tonight, with Arsenal the visitors, it would be great if Wayne could end that drought with a goal, or possibly two!

Rio Ferdinand is in no doubt that the drought will end soon, commenting,

"It`s only a matter of time before he scores and then goes on one of those runs where he scores loads."

"Just having him back around the place in a good mood is fantastic. He`s a great lad to have around, long may it continue."

Come on Wayne, justify that huge salary and bag us a goal tonight!

A great defensive game, counter attacking could've gone far better. The attacking part of our game seemed to be sloppy at times but still a good game (for us) and good result.
