United - Evra`s On His Way Back!

South Africa 2012 seems an age away.

So much water has passed under the bridge that some of the events of 2012 are fast becoming distant memories.

Tomorrow, when England takes on France; Patrice Evra will be sat watching the friendly fixture rather than playing in it.

Evra has already expressed his disappointment about not being able to play for his country and with Laurent Blanc`s side on a decent run whereby they`ve kept four consecutive blank sheets, it`s not certain that he will walk straight back into the side.

But, there`s no doubting that Patrice will be grateful that once the final whistle blows at Wembley tomorrow night, it signified the end of his five game ban for his, reported, role in the unsavoury Anelka incident!

You're better off without it Patrice. Too good for France anyway.
