'If It's Football, It's Vital'

United - Bebe Talk!

It was a signing, some said, that was ridiculed with danger. Sir Alex had acted on a whim without actually seeing the lad play, they said!

Sir Alex Ferguson countered that sometimes you have to do such things to ensure a talent is snared. So far, we`d suggest that Sir Alex was right and that Bebe could be an explosive talent on the Old Trafford stage.

Fresh from his goal against Bursaspor, Bebe is suddenly flavour of the month and the tabloid press are both keen to print extracts from an interview that Bebe gave to the official magazine.

One extract gives a brief oversight into how Bebe first met Sir Alex with the Portuguese youngster recalling their first meeting,

"I met Sir Alex in England the day after I signed for the club."

"He told me I had to learn English quickly and to go as fast as I could to the hairdresser and get my hair cut."

"It was like a joke. But I think he maybe meant it too."

One can only assume it was Bebe`s introduction to the wily Scotsman who has created the current dynasty.

But Bebe goes on to discuss what it means to him playing for united, further remarking in other extracts,

"I remember my first day of training. I could not believe it. I was sat in the dressing room and I looked around and saw so many famous players."

"I used to watch them on the television and now I was there with them."

"It was nerve wracking for me. I think on my first day I wasn`t even able to train properly."

"I always thought I would reach a big club but I never thought it would happen as quickly as this."

"Now I am here, I will do my very best to make the most of it."

"I want to play as well as I can to play for this club. That is my ambition."

You can`t help but hoping that his wishes come true but, as is often the case, luck and fate may need to assist him with his dream!

we should sell berbaflop to get nani and rio and vidic better contracts, one good game is not enough and berba hasn't changed his attitude, he still looks lazy and like hh may cry when he don't get the ball , Bebe and chicharito are way better than him and their attitute towards the team is better, now i understand rooney, how in hell a clown like berba could be worth 30 mill?
