United - Carling Cup Quarter-Final Draw!

United - Carling Cup Quarter-Final Draw!

Having safely secured our position in the last eight of the Carling Cup, courtesy of that dramatic late winner from Javier Hernandez, we now await the draw for our opponents.

The draw is scheduled to take place this Saturday lunchtime at 12:35pm.

Naturally, we`d prefer a home draw as we seek to win the competition for a third year on the trot, but, looking around, there isn`t anyone out there who we should fear, especially if we get that home draw.

Perhaps, if Arsenal win at Newcastle tonight, that would be the one exception as the grapevine suggests that Arsene Wenger is looking to play a stronger starting eleven this time around as the pressure mounts for him to end the silverware drought at Arsenal.

But, whoever we`re destined to play, we`ll simply say - bring it on!

Although Ipswich and a return to Old Trafford for Roy Keane might be a good night all round!
