United - Ole on the New Ole!

United - Ole on the New Ole!

The media have dubbed Javier Hernandez the new Ole Gunnar Solskjaer!

Solskjaer is a United legend after having played a considerable part in the glorious 1999 Champions League win and is currently doing a great job as our reserve coach and resisting overtures to return home to Norway to take on the challenge of managing a Norwegian side.

Therefore, being on the coaching staff at Old Trafford, it`s interesting to hear what Ole thinks about the person who is being likened to him.

This is what Ole had to say to a leading tabloid,

"You can see a player who is hungry."

"He`s a great mover off the ball, his physique is sharp, he`s clever with his runs and his finishing is good."

"Since the World Cup, he`s probably not had a proper rest but his mind will have been on making a good first impression."

"He has managed that, on and off the pitch."

"He threatens the space behind defenders and that`s the worst thing for defenders to face - players who know when to run, know how to time their run and always think about scoring goals."

It takes one to know one we`d suggest and the £6 million Sir Alex Ferguson invested in Hernandez already looks to be money well spent.
