Ruud Wants To Avoid England
Manchester United striker Ruud van Nistelrooy says Holland are looking to beat Argentina in one of the most attractive World Cup clashes so far in the tournament because they want to avoid England in the knock out rounds.
Van Nistelrooy said: 'We can't look too far ahead and think about England but they are a team that you want to avoid because they are very strong.'
Has he watched us play so far this tournament? Mind you, we have qualified whilst not really doing the business and the team will raise their game as they come up against more quality opposition, especially now Rooney is back and fit.
Adding: 'We want to try and top our group because it would help us in the next couple of rounds.'
