United - Tit for Tat!

I`ve just read that Manchester City have reduced our ticket allocation for the clash at Eastlands in November.

Apparently, City are a trifle miffed that our support stands up on such occasions and have thereby chopped our allocation.

I could suggest we operate a tit-for-tat system when they come to Old Trafford but aren`t we better than that?

Funny thing is I would have thought the issue of fans bringing golf balls, darts and lighting flares at the last derby would have been a more pertinent reason for reducing your allocation! However, the manure fans consistently stand throughout away matches at most grounds, and I'm sure you'll recall that Sunderland did the same thing to you a few weeks ago. If you're too arrogant to obey the steward's instructions at away grounds then you get punished - simples. Just as we're not the first club to do this I'm sure we'll not be the last. Personally I think it might take a total ban on your supporters at away grounds for the message to get through to some of the thickos that follow your lot away!

Simples really 'YOU PAY FOR A SEAT' use it and DO NOT STAND ALL THROUGH THE MATCH, then perhaps other clubs will give you some respect, and as for not reducing the allocation at the Swamp, you already did that when you moved the away fans into the gods of the 3rd quadrant, and thats out of a stadium of 74,000> you give how much to away fans 2500-3000 thats less than 5%, so how can the writer say you are bigger than that?

if the fans refuse to sit they should be ejected from the ground,no matter what club their from.

Who actually sits at a football match? How can anyone actually sit during a match? Quite pathetic really. All it takes is the person in front to stand up, then you cant see and so you stand up, then the person behind stands up etc, etc.

And then when the excitement is over, everyone sits back down again. Except for united fans it would seem.
