United - Van der Sar Puts The Record Straight!
What is it with our camp?
Already this week with had young Macheda rubbishing Wayne Rooney and having to apologise and now there appears to have been another understanding!
Earlier in the week our goalkeeping coach, Eric Steele, suggested, or perhaps, inferred in the Manchester Evening News, that Edwin van Der Sar was considering calling it a day at the end of this season and possibly looking to bow out with an FA Cup medal.
Well it appears to be complete poppy-cock with Edwin putting the record straight by replying to the suggestion,
"That`s complete nonsense."
"I don`t know yet whether I will stop or continue after this season."
"Only in the course of this season will I think about it. Then I will decide and not before."
"For now I keep my focus on United."
It could be a frosty morning when the squad reassembles at the training ground following the international break!
