Federico may have burst onto the scene with a great goal against Aston Villa but since then his chances of first team action have been minimal.

Yesterday, at Sunderland, was a rare start for the nineteen year-old striker and the rumour-mill suggests that he could be heading off for a loan move in January.

In fact the rumour-mill is already providing a destination with Rome, and Lazio, being the name in the frame.

We`ll see what comes of this come January shall we?

Rumours today have linked Macheda with a loan move to Everton. to be honest I am not 100% sold on him, he really had that moment against Villa and thats been it, would be interesting to get a United view on him
