United - Neville on Bebe!

United - Neville on Bebe!

One of the elder statesmen of our squad, Gary Neville, may not be participating regularly in the first team but his views still count for something.

Neville, now in the twilight of his career, has given his views on the Portuguese teenage sensation Sir Alex purchased without having actually seen him play.

Speaking about the lad getting his debut, at Glanford Park in midweek, Neville had this to say,

"It was good to see Bebe get his first taste of first-team action."

"United have signed lots of youngsters in recent years - Ronaldo, Macheda, the da Silvas - so I don`t understand the fuss about Bebe. It`s a bit unfair on him."

"He has a lot of raw talent, two great feet, he`s extremely quick and learning all the time."

From what we saw of his brief introduction, at Glanford Park, his pace is quite frightening and yet again we could have signed a rough diamond that will be honed into a remarkable talent by those
behind the scenes.
