United - The Irony of it All?

There`s a kind of irony in the air when you consider the case of our exciting Portuguese talent, Bebe.

Sir Alex Ferguson admitted that he`d spent 7 million on the kid without having actually seen him play and then when the kid makes his full debut for Manchester United, against Scunthorpe, Sir Alex is away on a scouting (?) trip,

Ironic really!

As for Bebe, he showed that the money could have been well spent although he must still be considered a raw work in progress.

Any more puns on the word Iron left!? Bebe seemed to be as quick as anyone I've ever seen, and a handful at the ball with his feet. But for 7m I'd be wanting more than that!

The basic fundaments to a gresat player are there. His running posture reminded me so much of CR7.
