United - Hargreaves Almost in the Groove!

United - Hargreaves Almost in the Groove!

It`s been a horrible two years for our classy midfield operative Owen Hargreaves.

But there is now definite light at the end of the tunnel with the news being reported that Hargreaves isn`t that far off of making a return to the first team, a fact confirmed by the renowned surgeon Richard Steadman who is quoted in the weekend press as having said,

"He`s close to playing fitness, although it`s up to United when he plays a match."

"He`s never given up. The recovery was arduous but Owen is a patient patient."

Great news for the lad!

Hopefully he will get back to his old ways and really help us push for the title this season. Last year on his contract so its now or never.

He's never going to be the same player. Anyone who thinks otherwise doesnt understand the weight of such injuries and lengthy absence. He'll be a carling cup player.
