United - Nani Takes Bebe Under His Wing!

One surprise name in our Champions League squad was that of Bebe.

The youngster, signed during the close season, has been the subject of some scurrilous rumours relating to his performances in training.

Some tabloids have even suggested that United may have made a monumental mistake in taking him on board without actually having watched him.

However, it would appear that perhaps any misgiving about his ability may well have been based on the fact that he`s been trying too hard.

It now seems that our Portuguese winger, Nani, has taken the youngster under his wing and Nani is quoted in the press today as having remarked about Bebe,

"Sometimes you try to show everything at first and things don`t quite go right."

"I`ve explained to him about the things I have learned."

"It is important to try and keep things simple, get your confidence up, then show your quality."

We`re sure the lad will come good, but like most things it takes time!

If he becomes the next big thing, I will laugh so hard at those who doubted him before he even played a game.
