United - Ferdinand Comeback Latest!

Yesterday we publicized the fact that Rio Ferdinand was to turn out for the reserves in a fixture against Oldham Athletic.

We`re pleased to report that proved to be the case and that Rio played for forty-five minutes and that no complications have been reported.

If all goes to plan we`ll be able to welcome Rio back for the important trio of fixtures against Everton and Liverpool (in the Premier League) and Glasgow Rangers (in the Champions League).
