'If It's Football, It's Vital'
United - Little Pea?
So just where did that nickname come from?
I`ve been asked by many a Vital Manchester United member and to clear matters up once and for all and we`ve discovered the definitive truth.
It all stems from his father being nicknamed el chicaro which translates as the pea because he had green eyes.
Therefore his offspring, our Javier, inherited the mantle but with the prefix of little, hence little pea.
