United - No Need for Signings!

Despite the loss on the last game of our North American pre-season tour, there seems to be an air of confidence in the camp.

Whilst our neighbours across the city splash the cash on anything that walks, our camp is content in the knowledge that it is good enough to regain the Premier League title this season.

Ryan Giggs, possibly in his last season, has re-iterated what many supporters are saying, notably that we don`t need to spend the cash and that our exciting crop of youngsters can steer us to glory, when he remarks,

"We don`t need a marquee signing before the deadline."

"We`re okay at the moment. The quality of the players we`ve got is very good. And we`ve got players coming back from injuries."

"We`ve also got young players who`ve gone out on loan and have come back stronger, fitter and will have benefited greatly from our pre-season tour of America."

"On the pre-season tour we showed the young talent that was there."

"We`ve got to build on that."

"They have set the standards and they`ll have to keep to that now. And I think they will, because their attitude is right. They train right and they prepare right."

"But we know we`ve got the talent here."

"Now we have to see if they`ve got the mental character to play for Manchester United."

They`ll be fine as long as the older-heads amongst the squad keep them in check!

You don't really get it do you ......... you haven't the choice as you are BROKE ............exciting season ahead with Smalling as the biggest thing to hit Manure ..........wow ............must be great to be a Rags supporter ......oops Mr Glazer has just been in the till again!!
Wswilly3
Haha wswilly, your sad excuse for a team spent big and still ******** even remotely perform against a big team, in this case Inter. Your still a long way away from being able to even compete against teams like Inter, Barca, Madrid, Munich and Milan.
TheFamousNo7
The wheel has turned - you are the quiet and boring neighbours ........ only going one way ......downwards ...... oh Mr Glazer has just been in the till again.
Wswilly3

Oh and heres the city idiots as usual, blabbin there mouths on every other vital site! All i see is these idiots talking about money money money when are they gonna learn that they cant buy there success they have failed so far and will continue 2 fail. As for Utd they will be strong as always and hernandez looks good and i think one more midfielder like ozil and they would be favourites again.
P.Avfc
Everyones down to Earth except these City fans. They come onto our website, blab about their money and then proclaim us jealous, all this comes fom an article not even money based nor man city based.
TheFamousNo7

Who did chelsea sign last year? Zhirkov and sturridge? But still won the league, a good manager and a good club depend on the sqaud they have got with littles funds something man city havnt got and will never have but man utd can keep working with the same team. If man city supporters just said they were fortunate and acted mature to other supporters instead of going around saying 'oh we've got money, look at us we are the best because we have money, we can sign average players blah blah blah' Ignorant pigs thats all they are. Its not jeolously at all its just the fact they are nasty ignorant supporters.

Cor you sound like you've got a big chip on your shoulder - Come on you Glazers - rip em off.
