United - Ferguson on His Latest Signing!

United - Ferguson on His Latest Signing!

And so our tour of North America finishes with a fixture in Mexico, against Chivas, a game involving Javier Hernandez`s old club.

There`s no doubting the little striker will be looking forward to the fixture, especially after netting against the MLS Al-Stars in the 5-2 win the other night.

It was a goal that was met with some favourable comments from Sir Alex Ferguson, with the boss having the following say about Hernandez,

"The one thing defenders worry about is players with speed. He`ll be a real threat."

"Hernandez`s goal against the All-Stars demonstrated that speed. The timing of his run showed he`s going to be a big threat to defenders."

"His finish, lobbing the ball over the keeper was also very pleasing."

It certainly was, the stamp of a lethal finisher and one that could well shock the Premier League this coming season!

I bet you are so excited about him - in fact the excitement is never ending at the Swamp at the moment - all tjhose fantastic signings, the Glazers, higher admission prices, rip off shirt prices and less prawns in the sandwiches - oh and theres Mr Glazer taking some more of the profits. Exciting - I could wet my pants once I've finished my energy drink.

Rather have these exciting transfers than the mercenary's you've signed. Once you fail to get into the CL ... again, they'll want out and you will lose them for half the money. Do you want to place a bet, pride put on the line, that even with all your amazing signings will still finish higher than you? I'm all for it.

Wswilly- Owners of clubs do generally take a portion of the profits made by their football team. The only reason the owners of your massive club don't, is because it doesnt make any money.

Thats the way khoder - support the great rip off that is happening - but I'm with you all the way let the Glazers and Manure be joined at the hip forever. He...He ...He. Have you ever thought what might have happened if the Sheikh had bought you lot .... I shudder to think .... but he didn't he bought the next big thing ...........Manchester City, Champions elect.

You seem to be heaping one helluva lot of pressure on young Hernandez's shoulders at the moment. He looks a good playerr, but will you get on his back iff he doesn't hit it off in the PL instantly? Too much pressure can ruin a young player's career.

Or really set him off in the right direction. He seems to handle pressure really well btw.
