United - A Ghanaian Chase?

Just the mere fact that a decent player comes onto the market seems sufficient enough to link them with a move to Manchester United.

Today, with City filling their squad socks with all-sorts, the red tops have us linked with a star of the Ghanaian World Cup campaign - Anthony Annan

Annan is twenty-three, a fiercely competitive midfield player and currently playing for Rosenborg in the Norwegian league.

But, before you get your hopes up too much, perhaps we should take into account this is nothing more than gossip with the tabloids confirming no official approach has been made yet!

Now what did I see in my opening lines?

Anthony Annan is a great DM, very young and wont cost much at all. Bt oh well

With Hargreaves looking less and less likely to ever return a smart investment in the DM role on a player like Annan would be a smart move.

No mhe would cost too many beads for you.

Annan? he's alright, the kids a bundle of aggression though. If its a dm you're looking for Rodwell & muamba are good options.
Chelsea24/7
I really liked Annan in the world cup and he seems to have a lot of the traits that make a good defensive mid. If he were brought in it would surely mean that we've finally given up on Hargreaves.

No Khoder, if you brought him in it would mean you had some money to spend which patently you haven't ........you are broke and a spent force ......... on the decline .........on the downhill ............a shadow of your former selves ............thank you the Glazers.
Wswilly3
Wswilly in shock United are broke comment! Honestly have you written some kind of computer program that randomly generates these.
khoder
Wswilly, why dont you worry about your own team, and spend some time on Citeh's site, because even if we are broke, old, *****ting our pants, with one foot in the grave....lets not forget....you got your asses handed to you by us "oldies" if you can consider united "oldies"with so many young players. So... A word of advice to you nouveau riche neighbours, try to accomplish something thats worth mentioning and then we'll talk...Because, come the end of the year, you'll probably still be out of the champions league and your EPL chances will go down the drain, at around January to February.
