United - The Nani Problem!

United - The Nani Problem!

After missing the World Cup through injury, it`s great to see Nani, our Portuguese flyer back in action.

Nani was part of the United squad that lost to Kansas Wizards last night but the mere fact that he`s now fully fit again is good news for all United fans.

But, it appears that the Portuguese flyer will always have something physically wrong with him, as he explains in a recent interview.

And it is all down to his time as a pubescent youth playing football barefoot in his homeland, as Nani explains,

"I played on grass, the street, every where, I played without trainers, that`s why I have one toe broken. I tried to shoot! I was 14 or so. So funny."

Not sure I`d find it funny. I can recall stubbing my toe once and that certainly wasn`t funny.

But, continuing, Nani gives an insight into how he developed his dazzling skills, explaining,

"I`d put the best players against me and the weaker ones with me. I passed to no one."

Who said nothing has changed there then?

Seriously, it`s a pleasure to have Nani back don`t you agree!

Watching someone stub their toe is incredibly funny. Hopefully he improves even further after a good season last season. Still waiting for him to hit more than 43 :P.

There are few wingers in the world more exciting to watch than Nani playing at his best. Hopefully he has a great season this year and a certain Brazilian CM can follow in his foot steps.
